Did you see the new Cocoa Daisy t-shirts?  How would you like to sport one of your own?

Two lucky winners will each win a t-shirt (and some fun scrapbook products for good measure)!  Just leave a comment before the next Monday and tell us what you think might be coming your way in the Cocoa Daisy March kit.

Want a hint?  This is the gorgeous stamp that Kim Watson designed for the kit (and it’s BIG — 2.5″ x 4.5″!!!).

February Daisy Devotion

We are excited to introduce this month’s Daisy Devotion, Amber Osborn.   She jumped right into the message boards and brings such a ray of sunshine.  We are happy to share with you a little more about fellow Daisy.

Amber Osburn

message board name… AmberCA

living in… California Dessert

favorite Cocoa Daisy kit… Probably the La Vie en Rose December Kit, it had so many fun things in it and I really enjoyed finding ways to creatively use them

scrapbook size…    For the most part I do 12×12, but occasionally I will do 8 1/2 x 11. And I just mix them up in my albums, one page might be big and the next small.  Right now I am really liking the leather post bound 12×12 albums by Making Memories.

color preference…    Aqua, brown and orange are colors that I am drawn to lately.

work space…   Right now, I have a small corner in my master bedroom, which I am quickly outgrowing.  My dream is to someday have my very own space, but for now it works.

inspiration…    Wow, everywhere, but lately for me fabrics and textures and clean space with punches of color.  And nothing inspires me like getting a box full of new product in the mail and laying it all out in front of me to see all the possibilities.

favorite movie…  I love all the Jane Austen-ish movies, but probably the really long ‘Pride and Prejudice’ with Colin Firth is my favorite movie.

biggest challenge…     Finding a balance in life between work and play, dieting and enjoying, discipline and reward.

retreat….   A little cabin in the mountains, near a lake, taking long walks, watching movies and creating……

my style…   This is a really hard question to answer; I like a little messiness, imperfection, and an overall handmade look.

perfect day …   That’s easy, any day spent entirely with my family, doing something fun. Like going to the movies, eating out, shopping and site seeing. It’s perfect if it is housework free!

Thanks Amber for sharing bits& pieces of your life, your art, with us.  We so appreciate the sweetness you bring to Cocoa Daisy.
