Can you believe it’s time to introduce the first 2010 kit? 2009 seemed to just fly by!
Have you seen the BRAND NEW Basic Grey Origins line or the new American Crafts Letterbox line? As soon as I saw them I knew they would be the perfect basis for a kit! I loved this fresh combination of colors and the great new product concept that both companies introduced. Get ready for a fun new kit!

And of course there will be some very fun add-ons to go with the kit too!

Holiday Traditions

Do you have them?  We have all kinds including baking cookies, gingerbread houses, and advent calendars.  This year Iwanted to add in a new tradition, retelling of the Christmas Story using the Luke passages.  But how to tell that story?  And how to get the kids involved in making Christ the center of the season?

Then i stumbled onto this collage frame.  I found it at Target for $8.  I had so much fun creating each frame using the December kit.  The various frames represent parts of the story, some Christian traditions, and a place to hold our Christmas wishes each year, that is how we are going to bring Christ into the season.   No matter what your religious background is, I encourage you to find a place to record your traditions.  You could do one frame or find a collage frame like this one.  Display it proudly in your home.
