It’s always so wonderful to recieve a new kit and this month was definately no exception…! I love the colors and the beautiful embellishments of the August kit…!
The lake in the woods… using the main kit and the gorgeous prima flower and thickers from the “flower stand” add on.
I used a brown pen to outline a couple of the trees.
This is a really simple layout. I find myself using this design quite often. The title is written with rub ons from the “Corner Market” add-on.
I used my sewing machine to help guide the eyes towards the photo and the edges of the photo are lightly sanded.
For this layout I used the adorable rub ons from the “Corner Market” add on. They are so incredibly cute! I also used the acrylic paint from “Corner Market”. The color is perfect to go with this kit. I used the Heidi Swapp masks that I got with the June add-on “Geranium” to create the brown painted frame above the photo. I then used my sewing machine to stitch in the paint. I used another one of the masks and a pencil to draw the outer frame and then I hand stitched along the line.
The rub ons are adorable! I also loved the small dots.
And finally, another very simple layout with a design similar to “stora killen” above. The cute Sassafras stickers are from the main kit and the journaling card and the letter stickers are from the “Corner Market” add-on.
