I created a couple of quick cards using the fabulous March kit. For the first one I cut a red square and used my sewing machine around the edges. I cut a circle from the dotted paper and distressed the edges just a little. The most time consuming part was cutting out the branches from one of the patterned papers, but I think it was well worth it because they are so cute! I added the scalloped oval, tied a tiny piece of thread to the button and attached the button and the branches using a glue dot.
For the second card I used some scraps that I had left after creating my layouts with the kit. I had this sloping piece of shaped patterned paper and I used that as a base when adding a couple more paper strips and the ribbon. I used staples and I also used my sewing machine again. I used a pen to draw a line around the eges and tucked the ticket in under the ribbon.
