February Guest Designer: Vee Jennings

Vee JenningsHi, this is Vee!!! I live in the Washington DC area with my two children, Saadiq and Syani whom I love dearly!

I love creating and making an inspired mess with scrapbooking! I tend to scrap LATE at night which makes Starbucks a necessity in the mornings for me, lol.

I love to create and use paint mixed with simple elements on my pages, mini books and ATC’s.

When I am not creating or mommy-ing,  I love to take photos, read and watch my shows (sorry to say I am a lil’ addicted to tv): The Hills, LOST, Gossip Girl, Project Runway, Supernatural, and Law and Order: SVU— the list really could go on and on!

I am excited to be the guest designer for Cocoa Daisy this month! :)

Just a quickie

Whew!  We are finally all home!  It was so great to see the kids and to all be together back in our own house.  And as an added bonus, my mom’s here for a week! 

It’s been another whirlwind week — 4 days down in Anaheim for CHA, getting my mom and the kids from the airport, getting the kids settled back into their routine, interviewing new babysitters and then a minor surgical procedure on my leg today.  I’m currently typing this with my leg propped up on a tower of pillows with the computer at a rather precarious angle.  Fortunately it’s just for one more day.  Tomorrow while laid up I’ll have the chance to get caught up with stories and photos from the cruise and CHA.

Tonight I just wanted to give you a bit more insight into Christine’s Project Kit for February.  It is the most adorable thing — she was working away on it at CHA so i got to see it up close and personal and I LOVE it!
