Hi everyone! Emily S. here! So…back in January I jumped on the “Photo a Day” bandwagon. It was my second year…the first year I think I made it through like January 5th. Seriously…it was bad. Well this year I really put my mind to it! And while I can’t say I actually have taken a photo a day since January 1, I did manage to take one through about June. That’s a pretty big increase from the first year!! Well here it is almost October, and I have tons of “POTD’s” cluttering up my scrap space. I wasn’t quite sure what to do with them…but I knew it had to be something fairly simple or I’d most likely get annoyed quickly when it took forever! I came up with the idea of using kraft cardstock (my favorite!) to create my own little mini-album. I made the pages 5×6 so they would easily fit one photo and perhaps a few decorations. I added the date to each photo, and then when I finish the entire month, I will create a few pages that detail each photo, kind of like an index! I wanted to share a couple of them with you, including some that use my October kit! (Did I mention that I love this kit???!!) It’s a great way to use up scraps, and it’s quick and easy enough not to drive you crazy! I’m about done with January now (yes, yes, I know…I’m 9 months behind) but I think I’ll be pleased when I’m all finished!
