Say hello to the Cocoa Daisy summer staff. The boys are a great help when it comes to hauling boxes for Mommy. They are eager to help and they work cheap too! An iPod app or a trip to the ice cream shoppe is all the payment they need. I think it’s important that they help out a little and it makes them feel good to be a part of what Mommy is working on.

I love this photo, it shows their personalities so perfectly! Remember a photo doesn’t have to be perfect to be “perfect”!

I have been away this week visiting Jeffrey, we had beautiful weather, a bit on the hot side on Monday -it was 100 in Denver! Thankfully it was cooler in Laramie. Wednesday we went up in the mountains and had a wonderful day of just driving around on the trails:

We could not stop laughing about all the dust though! I think we had about an inch coating us by the time we got back to the truck.

Thursday Tricia came down and met me for lunch:

it was nice catching up with her and hearing all about little Charlie’s misadventures.

Friday on our way back down to the airport we were able to have breakfast with these two crazy ladies:

We had so much fun! I love that they live close to Jeffrey and I get to see them when I visit him!

On a very personal note, my Jeffrey gave me this beautiful promise ring when he visited me last month (the big smile still hasn’t left my face):

WHAT A MONTH!

So needless to say, I am playing catch up today down in the bunker. Mom and Mary worked on packing the July kit while I was gone, the July kit is so fun to create with! The design team is having a blast with it, and so am I! In fact I sketched another layout on the plane ride home, hoping to get some time tomorrow to do one more layout for the gallery reveal on the 28th. We have also been busy gearing up for August, not only is the main kit going to have a great exclusive from Maya Road but I am going to do a project kit add on! It’s been almost 2 years since I have been able to do one, and I am so excited! I mean GEEKED about this one! It feels so good to be doing a project kit again, I have missed doing my mini albums (OK, that was a little hint) Be looking for a few sneaks of my project kit soon!
