Stamping Sensation Friday with the Scallop Border Stamp
Happy Friday everyone! I wanted to share with you a couple ways to use the scallop border stamp we introduced this month. Remember that your stamps can be used in either a bold way or a subtle way, I did both on this layout I created with the May kit:
For my bold way of using the stamp I stamped a border along the edge of the red and pink patterned paper and used some Zing Rouge embossing powder:
For a more subtle bit of texture and pattern I stamped the border on 2 different patterned papers and used clear embossing powder. I have the perfect scallop accent, and the patterned paper shows through the clear embossing powder (I keep the pattern and get a little shine too!):
With stamps you have so many great options! They really are a versatile tool.
Have a great weekend
Christine

siggghhh, I wish you would have posted this earlier. I’m not very creative on my own. I need HELP! There’s always a later order I’m guessing.
Thanks for sharing!
Great layout! Great subject too!
