How to make someone smile……
I think sending a handmade card is such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Anyone can just pop in to a store and pick one up, but to actually spend the time to sit down and make someone a special card, it sends a much deeper and thoughtful message. It makes that person feel special and worth full.
We’ve made some cards this month. Just think how many people will feel happy when they receive these.
Ashi got dreamy with her kit and made this wonder piece.
Wonderful for many occasions. The glittered word ‘celebrate’ really tops it off and adds the wow factor. Love it Ashli!!
I have a made a few this month. I started off with my hubby’s birthday card. He can be so materialistic at times. So I thought he needed a gentle reminder.
I also made this one for a wedding anniversary. I covered each edge with the washi tape from the DITL Kit and just popped a DITL card on top and added one the little hearts from the same kit over the actual date of the anniversary. Simple, but sweet.
A Thank you card using the Main Kit and the DITL kit together.
A sweet card for my sweet niece who turns 7 this month.
And a Get Well Soon card using these fab vellum alpha stickers again. I just love these!!
Lots of cards to make people smile and feel special.
Why don’t you take a few minutes this month to make a couple of cards? It can just be quick and simple cards, but it will really make someone smile.
